Phyllis
Nelson Kohler
Following college, Phyllis Nelson Kohler served as a civilian
manager in the human resources civilian personnel U.S. Navy
arena for over 30 years.
Her experience in department level and school budgeting,
organization, planning, and operations is extensive. She
has 12 years experience as the Director of Training for
over 10,000 people and 120 companies and as Director of
Human Resources for 5 years.
She is co-owner of Chesapeake Bay Helicopters (CBH). Her
experience with CBH includes currently serving as President,
Chief Financial Officer, and Contracts Officer, as well
as the Director all administrative matters, including human
resources and benefits, the company’s DOT Drug Program,
aviation insurance and the like. Past experience includes
serving as Vice President.
Wilson
E. Gilliam, Jr.
Wilson E. Gilliam, Jr., earned a Bachelor of Science Degree
then went on to work in the law enforcement field where
he earned several awards.
Commencing his flying career at the young age of 16 years,
he has 24 years of aviation and flight instructing experience
in both rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft. His idea and
dream sparked the beginnings of Chesapeake Bay Helicopters,
Inc. (CBH) and his energy, drive, and dedication has helped
keep it growing. Wilson is an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner.
As co-owner of CBH, he serves as Vice President and Director
of CBH’s Flight
School and all Flight Operations. Past experience also
includes serving as President. |
