CBH PLUS is Contracted by Dominion Resources for Major Repairs along the James River Bridge.
On July 2, 2009 - CBH PLUS was contracted by Dominion Resources to repair major storm damage along vertical 230Kv circuits parallel to the James River Bridge in Newport News. This work involved helicopter activity along 300' towers adjacent to the bridge and over the James River. CBH PLUS ferried men and equipment to the tower structures, slung insulators and other supplies to the tower arms, pulled lead line for new conductors, repaired shield wire and removed aerial marker balls. The project lasted just over three weeks and we were proud to support Dominion in their efforts to get the damage repaired.
